How it works

Share your link

Open the Smart Kiraya app → Profile → Refer a Host. You'll get a unique link.

They list a property

Your friend signs up as a host using your link and publishes at least one listing.

First booking completes

The moment a guest checks out of their listing for the first time, we trigger payouts: ₹2,000 to you, ₹1,000 to them, straight to UPI.

The fine print

  • You and your friend both need a verified Smart Kiraya account.
  • Limit of 25 successful referrals per account per quarter.
  • Self-referrals and gaming (referring fake hosts) will be reversed and the account banned.
  • Referral credit is paid in INR via UPI, not as in-app credit.
  • TDS is deducted as applicable above ₹15,000 in a financial year.
